I have two packages that include a second shooter. If you would like one there then one will be there.
As long as I am notified an hour before the session starts yes, but know there will be an additional coast.
I have a Nikon D610 with a 50mm and 35 mm lens. Working on getting a back up camera and more lens. Also have a flash and portable lights if needed.
No, you receive all images digitally and can print from there.
